I built French Attitude on my own, with no inherited network, no prestigious school, no manual. Just a vision, a high standard, and the ability to learn faster than the obstacles appeared.
I learned everything in the field, far more than the theory taught during my studies. For 16 years, this international influence-marketing and PR agency, based in Paris, has worked across the Americas, Europe and the GCC. It supports brands in gastronomy, sport, lifestyle and premium entertainment in their growth, their visibility and their international reach.
Developing international markets, negotiating with luxury houses, building a brand image, managing crises, positioning myself in fiercely competitive sectors: with no safety net, no mentor, often alone in the face of the most decisive choices. It is this path, built step by step, that gives all its value to what I pass on today. And it is precisely that solitude I decided to spare others.
Le Cercle de Sororité Influente was born from this conviction: ambitious women don't lack talent. They lack a space where their intelligence is recognised, their strategy refined, and their path guided by someone who has truly lived what they are going through.
I don't pass on a method. I pass on an experience: that of an entrepreneur who learned to position herself, grow her business, shine in sectors of excellence, and who now puts all of it at the service of women who refuse to stagnate and want to reconnect with their power.
I do mentoring, not coaching.

Former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Banque Saudi Fransi, one of the Kingdom's largest corporate banks, Adel Mallawi shaped the financial and investment strategy of a major institution in the Gulf. Today, he sits on and chairs boards, audit, risk and investment committees of some of Saudi Arabia's most demanding institutions: Saudi Pro League, Tamweel Aloula, Wadi Makkah Technology, the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) and Aion Digital: ten active board mandates, backed by 28 years of impeccable governance.

With more than fourteen years of experience across Europe, Lola has built her career at the crossroads of culture, media and technology. She has worked both in the private sector (Fondation Rothschild) and in the public sphere (the French Ministry of Culture), before leading strategy for a major production group.
This dual expertise, combining strategic vision with a sharp sense of negotiation, gives her a fine understanding of the dynamics at play in companies as well as institutions, along with the ability to carry complex transactions through with demanding counterparts.
Drawing on an international network and a bold, entrepreneurial approach, she supports companies in their fundraising, their external growth operations and the building of high-impact capital alliances.
